It’s always important to get your wedding insured, it should be one of the first things you do to ensure you are covered against loosing out, seeing as it is one of the biggest and most expensive days you will ever have.

Getting married abroad can be tempting, whether it’s a casual ceremony on the beach or a romantic getaway in a snowy château. And with the price of a UK wedding averaging around £20,0001 jetting off to tie the knot can be a money-saving option, too.
Couples who get married abroad can often feel that it takes the pressure off and that they don’t have to go for a big wedding. Of course, family and friends can still be invited, but the holiday atmosphere means guests are more relaxed.
It’s usual to invite a big group of guests to spend a few days or even a week away, but think about whether that’s right for you.
